Im totally doing this wrong. i know its kind of a random post, but im getting the worst back pain just from sitting at work for 9+ hours. i think its also to do with the monitor being down low.
Main Takeaways from watching these videos:
- Butt higher than knees
- Sit on the front of the chair or towards the back
- Angle the chair so that your legs angle slightly downwards.
- Adjust the lumbar support to sit correctly in your back.
