History

Description
A reserve located at the north-eastern end of Cooyong Crescent Toongabbie. It occupies lots 19-21 of DP 213416.
Origin
Ronald Keith Hill (13.06.1913 - 17.06.1990) was a Blacktown Council alderman who was elected in 1959 and became Deputy Mayor in 1964. He retired from office in 1965.
