target last item css with :last-of-type

the :last-of-type selector allows you to select the last item of that type in the target container. in the following example i can target the last <p> tag and make the text bold and red.

flex-shrink

The flex-shrink CSS property sets the flex shrink factor of a flex item. If the size of all flex items is larger than the flex container, items shrink to fit according to flex-shrink.
