Edward Horwood (c1906 - 11.9.1971) was a butcher who was elected to Baulkham Hills Shire Council in 1950 and continued until his death (except 1959-1962). He served on all committees and was Deputy Shire President for 2 years. Was foundation member of Prospect County Council and was involved with youth groups Lions and other groups.
