Description
A reserve in Fairfield West bounded by Thorney Road Zarlee Street Cumberland Highway and Cambridge Road. It occupies lots 9-11 of DP 1779.
Origin
The reserve is named after Brian Avery who captained the premiership winning A2 side cricket team of 1994-95. He died on the field after victory in the grand final. As a member of the club that had this park as their home ground he was involved in the maintenance of facilities at the park.
