Origin
Named after the late Edna Brown (dob 28.6.1917 - dod 9.10.2000) who was presented with the Baulkham Hills Shire Citizen of the Year in 1994 in recognition of her outstanding service to the community. The Rotary Federation of the Rotary International awarded her the Paul Harris Fellow Medal for her commitment to the local area.
