A town situated about 4 km E by S of the town of The Channon. Boundaries within the Lismore Council area shown on map GNB3628.
Meaning
Possibly Bundjalung for ridge but Bundjalung word for ridge is muli. Aborigines called the place Dirahny for jumping ant. (Richmond Tweed Regional Library & Richmond River Historical Society. 1983).
