Named in memory of Paul Bland (dob 14.4.1932 - dod 24-6.2003) who was a councillor on Shoalhaven Council from 1977 to 1999. He actively promoted the area and helped deliver the best in facilities services and lifestyle to the people of the Shoalhaven. Source: Shoalhaven City Council
