History
Name suggested by Pat Schwarz in naming competition conducted in 1994 by Cattai Catchment Management Committee.
Description
A stream rising in Por. 202 on the western fall off the Old Northern Road Glenorie about 4.8 km east of north from Campbell T.S. and flowing generally westerly for 5.3 km to its confluence with Little Cattai Creek.
Origin
The creek takes the name from the Finger Board Ridge which is the northern boundary of the Catchment.
