Description
A reserve approx. 0.17 ha in area comprising Lot 17 DP 217449 and Lot 1 DP 246138 situated at 50 and 50a Alvona Avenue St Ives.
Origin
Site of a house known as Ellerslie c. 1903-1908 Wahroonga c. 1908- 1919 and as The Green Toad Tea Gardens c. 1932-1942. The owners erected ten rustic tea house shelters in 1933.
