ON THE WEST: Along the western limit of the Tasman Sea along the western limit of the Coral Sea thence along the High Water-line of the southern and northern coasts of the Territory of Papua and New Guinea mainland to the border with West Irian thence along the High Water-line of the northern coast of West Irian to Tg. Sele (1 27 S 130 56 E); thence along a line to contain all the islands north- westward of Sele Strait and Eastward of the meridan of Longitude 130 East and southward of the Equator to the intersection of of that meridan and the Equator.
