@scroll-timeline
The @scroll-timeline CSS at-rule defines an AnimationTimeline whose time values are determined by scrolling progress within a scroll container and not by minutes or seconds. Once specified, a scroll timeline is associated with a CSS Animation by using the animation-timeline property. @scroll-timeline css reference
