How to Pass Props to a Stateless Functional Component in React

Props are like properties that you can pass into a component in react.

A prop would be something like this in your component.

JSX

<div>
  <MyProp id="1234" />
</div>

Then you can access it with:

JSX

const MyProp = (props) => <h1>Hello, {props.id}!</h1>

The following example passes in the current date to <CurrentDate date={Date()} /> and then accesses it with props.date <p>The current date is: {props.date}</p>.

HTML

<div id="challenge-node"></div>

        <p>The current date is: {props.date}</p>
        { /* Change code above this line */ }
      </div>
    );

  class Calendar extends React.Component {
    constructor(props) {
      super(props);

    render() {
      return (

          <CurrentDate date={Date()} />

Random CSS Property

scroll-margin-inline-start

The scroll-margin-inline-start property defines the margin of the scroll snap area at the start of the inline dimension that is used for snapping this box to the snapport. The scroll snap area is determined by taking the transformed border box, finding its rectangular bounding box (axis-aligned in the scroll container's coordinate space), then adding the specified outsets.
