Hellhound

Easiest way to fight hell hounds is at Nieve's Slayer Cave, bring your cannon, and if you dont want o bring food then use Guthans Gear for its heal. This may be a slow way of killing Hellhounds though.

If you want to spend money on Prayer Pots your can use protect from melee. Guthans and Cannon is usually the most AFK method.
