Goblin Cower Shield - Achievement

Notes and Quest Details

The goblin cower shield is a unique shield that can be received as a drop from one of the goblin bosses in Goblin Village. It requires 5 Defence to equip. If a player has completed The Chosen Commander, they can talk to General Wartface or General Bentnoze to receive the shield, but it will have the ability to be converted to 1,000 bonus experience for Constitution, Attack, or Defence. This is a once-off reward; any subsequent shields obtained will not grant the bonus experience, and attempting to gain the experience again yields the message: You have already used up all the stored experience in this item. You cannot be granted the shield post-quest if you already have one banked from a goblin boss. Destroy any previously owned cower shields to be granted the shield with bonus experience and then the achievement will be marked complete.

Cower Behind the Chosen Commander - Achievement

Cower Behind the Chosen Commander is an achievement that requires the player to obtain the goblin cower shield by talking to General Wartface or General Bentnoze after The Chosen Commander. It can still be claimed by non-members, provided they have completed the quest.
