Description
A park extending north along Railway Parade from the junction of Woodford Street and Scott Avenue Leura. It contains a plantation of 300 trees and shrubs a bird feeder a fish pond with water lilies and seats.
Origin
David Westgate created this passive park at his own expense after the 1957 bushfires. He planted trees and shrubs and installed 1000m long underground watering system.
