History
Appeared on first edition 1:100000 orthophotomap but never presented to Board. Bogan Council confirmed on 28 July 1999 that the name was correct and in current use.
Description
A dam on Mulga Creek about 13.5 km north north-west of `Gap Hill` and 23 km East north-east of `El Capitan Knob`.
Origin
It appears to have taken its name from the creek on which it is located.
