History
Name suggested by Victors son Norman Brazier in response to Councils 1997 invitation to name 104 unnamed parks and reserves.

A reserve in Excelsior StreetSouth Granville being lot 21 of DP27820 and lot 32 of DP241618.
Origin
Victor Brazier (...03.1900 - ...08.1989) was the owner of a farm on this site which he bought in 1946-47. He served in the RAN for 25 years including during World War 11. He was one of only 13 survivors of HMAS Yarra sunk by the Japanese in Sundra Strait Indonesia.
