History
Appeared on first edition 1:100000 Orthophotomap but never presented to Board. Bogan Council confirmed on 28 July 1999 that the name was correct and in current use.
Description
A dam on Mulga Creek located about 11.5 km north north-west of Gap Hill and about 20 km east of El Capitan Knob.
Origin
It appears to have taken its name from the nearby Keely Hut.
