Description
A reserve located between Inkermand and Marsden streets at Parramatta. It occupies lots 2-3 part of lots 24 and 25 and Lot 26 of Sec 9 of DP 939772.
Origin
William Peter Noller (......18.. - ......1937) was a builder in the Paramatta area. He was an alderman from 1896-1914 and from 1917-37 and mayor from 1901-09 and from 1923-27. In the early 1920s he was a member of the Parramatta Helping Hands Society. (Parramatta Council letter dated 31 December 1997)
