Description

A locality about 2 km E by S of Berridale Public school and 4 km NE by N of Wolfram Hill.

Origin

In 1850 Richard Brooks held the squatting run Gejizrick and in 1866 Mrs Blanche Weston held Gojazrick of 38440 acres. Ziegler records on p. 16 that Brooks was one of the first squatters to take up land in the Snowy - Cootralantra and Gegedzerick - as early as 1827.
