A watercourse about 1400 m long. It rises about 800 m N of Mount Lidgbird and flows generally W into the South Pacific Ocean.

Soldier Creek: after some soldiers tunic buttons found near the entrance. Big Creek: Probably descriptive as the creek is one of the largest on the island.
