Description
A tidal river about 6km long formed by the confluence of Coolagolite Creek and Nutleys Creek and flowing eastwards to join the sea at Bermagui.
Origin
Aboriginal: canoe or better canoe with paddles. On an early plan appears as Permageua. (Reed 1967)
