Description
A settlement about 4 km south-south east of the junction of the Talbragar and Coolaburragundy Rivers and 9.5km east of Dunedoo Railway Station. Occupied from the 1850s all evidence of the settlement has largely disappeared.
Origin
It was probably named after Sir William Denison (1804-1871). (Cameron R Coolah Shire Council 1993 Around The Black Stump)
