Description

A reserve at the SE corner of Derby Street and Doonmore Street Penrith. Located about 1.5km west of Kingswood Railway Station.

Origin

Named after the late Lilse Spence a former Mayor (1941-42) of Penrith. The land within the park was acquired from a member of the Spence family.
