Quandong Gully (GULLY), NSW Details
History
Name proposed by Mrs Martin through the Mangrove Mountain Districts Community Group. It was approved by the Darkinjung Local Aboriginal Land Council Gosford Council Forests and NP&WS.
Description
A gully starting 6.6 km ENE of Mount Baxter and 3.5 km NW of the junction of Waratah and Bloodtree roads. It is 1.7 km in length and flows in a generally northerly direction into Warre Warren Creek.
Origin
Aboriginal. Therre are many quandong trees in the area.
