An inlet off Bombah Broadwater about 760 m W by S of the Myall River entrance. Nerong Inlet reaches approx. 5.5 km from Bombah Broadwater. This inlet was formerly known as Nerong Creek. The remaining upper reaches (approx 8.5 kms) remain unchanged as Nerong Creek.

Origin

Named after the Nerong Creek which flows into Nerong Inlet.
