Description
A mountain about 4 km SSE of the village of Coaldale.
Origin
In December 1847 George Imlay (1795-1847) who had arrived in Australia on the Roslyn Castle in 1833 as surgeon superintendent of convicts and was later on the staff of the Sydney Infirmary shot himself on top of this mountain. He had an incurable disease. (ADB)
