A reserve located at the north-eastern end of Cooyong Crescent Toongabbie. It occupies lots 19-21 of DP 213416.

Origin

Ronald Keith Hill (13.06.1913 - 17.06.1990) was a Blacktown Council alderman who was elected in 1959 and became Deputy Mayor in 1964. He retired from office in 1965. The area in which the reserve is situated was under Blacktown City Council prior to 1972. (Parramatta Council files Blacktown Library Mrs Elsie Hill of Toongabbie)
