Description
A watercourse about 1.5 km long that rises within Ryde-Parramatta Golf Course and flows generally SE through the southern part of the golf course and Meadowbank Park into Parramatta River about 850 metres WSW of Meadowbank Railway Station.
Origin
Named after Isaac Archer who was granted Portion 135 through which this watercourse runs. Isaac Archer was a private in Capt. Campbells company of marines and he received his grant of land from Governor Phillip in 1972.
