Description
A locality within the City of Penrith adjoining Regentville. It is bounded by the Western Freeway Bringelly Road Mulgoa Creek. Boundaries within the Penrith Council area shown on map GNB3890.
Origin
Glenmore Park was the name of the estate and homestead built by Henry Cox for his bride Frances and completed in 1825. It was subsequently sold to James Riley who became Penriths first Mayor in 1871. The homestead is currently being used as a Clubhouse for the Penrith Golf Club.
