A mountain rising about 535 metres from the Snowy River. It lies on Great Dividing Range about 1500 ms SW by W of Mount Anton and 1 km NNW of Little Twynam.
Origin
Believed to have been named after Edward Twynam who was Surveyor General of New South Wales from 1887 - 1901.
