Description
A reserve at Northmead bounded by Windsor Road Folini Avenue and Model Farms Road. It occupies Lot 1 of DP 239194.
Origin
The site was formerly a goods loop siding on the Woollen Mills to Castle Hill railway. From 1902-23 it was the stopping place for the stream train between Parramatta and Baulkham Hills. It then became part of the railway from Parramatta to Rogans Hill and was closed in 1932. See ` Model Farms Reserve`. (Parramattta Council23.11.98)
