Description
A reserve between Mott street and Thorold street Albury.
Origin
In 1934 the Dutch Douglas airliner Uiver was a participant in the London to Melbourne Centenary Air Race and became lost. In torrential rain the towns people lit up the racecourse with their car headlights and the plane landed safely.
