Swamp Wallaby Gully (GULLY), NSW Details
History
The name was submitted by Mrs M Pontifex through the Mangrove Mountain Districts Community Group. Supported by Darkinjung Aboriginal Council Gosford Council Forests and NP&WS.
Description
A gully of about 2 km in length which starts at a point 1 km NNE of the top of Mount Olive and about 3 km E of Mount Boyne. It runs in a SE direction into Popran Creek.
Origin
The area is inhabited by swamp wallabies.
