Description

A non-perennial watercourse approx. 1.2 kms long rising 2 km N by E of Tingira Knob and 3 km S by E of Munibung Hill flowing generally westerly into Warners Bay just north of James Street in the suburb of Warners Bay.

Origin

Named after Jonathan Warner an early settler who was granted 1280 acres of land in 1839 in the Parish of Kahibah. Warner was a retired army lieutenant. Source: Lake Macquarie Council.
