Origin
Hubert Joseph (Paddy) Tyler who died on 8 January 1994 was made a Life Member of the Federal Council of the Plumbers Union in 1967 having been associated with the union from 1908 to his retirement in 1955. He helped less fortunate people and used to go to Paddys Markets to buy cheap vegetables and fruit for distribution to the sick & elderly.
