A watercourse approx. 1.5 km long rising 3.5km NE of Munibung Hill and flowing generally S into Winding Creek in the suburb of Cardiff.

Origin

Named after Michael MacNamara who was one of the first settlers to the area. He selected Portions 33 and 34 on 4 March 1862. Source: Lake Macquarie Council
