Description
A reserve on the northern side of Dobson Crescent extending along the banks of Ponds Creek at Dundas. It occupies lots A and B of DP 36859 lots 34-35 of DP 233076 Lot 8 of DP 205349 Lot A of DP 31179 and Lot 19 of DP 31560.
Origin
David Kilpack** (1760 - 01.01.. - ..........) received a 30 acre grant from Major F Grose the Lieutenant Governor in December 1794. His family later developed this area of Dundas Pennant Hills and Parramatta. (Kass T Liston C McClymont J 1996 Parramatta - A Past Revealed)
