A national park on the northern side of Hawkesbury River near Wisemans Ferry 73 km from Sydney. It has an area of 12699 ha.
Origin
Named after an Aboriginal tribe this park is primarily important for its wealth of Aboriginal rock engravings which might be up to 8000 years old and the remains of old convict built Great North Road.
