History
Name proposed by Mr R Pontifex for the Mangrove Mountain Districts Community Group. Approved by the Darkinjung Aboriginal Land Council Gosford Council Forests and NP&WS.
Description
A gully 1.0 km in length which starts at a point 6.5 km NW of Moat Trigonometrical Station and 1.4 km SW of the Ironbark Road bridge over Ironbark Creek. The gully runs in a south-easterly direction into Ironbark Creek.
Origin
Gang Gang parrots feed and breed in this area.
