History
Manilla. A river of N.S.W. in the district of Liverpool Plains. McKinds house of accommodation is situated here 50 miles from Tamworth. (Wells. Gaz. p.251).
Description
Rises about 32 km S.W of Barraba and flows North and then East to the town of Barraba. It then flows in a southerly direction West of the Barraba Manilla railway line to its junction with the Namoi River at Manilla. Its total length is about 1.3 km.
