restyle and shorten number

Format a number 1k 1mil etc

Takes a number like 1000000 and converts it into 1mil. I also have a version of this that adds an abbr tag to the output in case you want to see the exact value. 

1mil, 1k, 1bil, etc

The number 314871 converted is 314k+
