get php to validate its self with php check syntax

Did you know that php has a syntax checking function built into it?

Well it does and this is how you can use it to check your php files for errors, rather than just running them and hoping for the best.

Note: i could not get this one woking on my test code, im not sure if its supported still.

PHP

$error_msg = "";
$file = "index.php";
if(!php_check_syntax($file, &$error_msg)) {
   echo "Errors were found in the file $file: $error_msg";
} else {
   echo "The file $filename contained no syntax errors";
}

Random CSS Property

contain

The contain CSS property allows an author to indicate that an element and its contents are, as much as possible, independent of the rest of the document tree. This allows the browser to recalculate layout, style, paint, size, or any combination of them for a limited area of the DOM and not the entire page, leading to obvious performance benefits.
