Level 3 to Quest Cape, Comp Cape, MQC, Trimmed Comp Guide: The Simple Version

Hi there! I'm Iron Lucien, You might remember me from this Level 3 to Quest Cape Guide. Shortly after that, I attempted to expand the guide to include Comp Cape, MQC, and Trimmed Comp Cape, but let's be honest...that mess is about as unwieldy as an Ivandis Flail attached to an elephant's trunk. For a very long time, despite impressive attempts by users such as /u/Sheepsaurus, I have considered it impossible for me to make a true, efficient guide for all 4 capes in the simple list format I made my Quest Cape guide in. However...impossible is nothing. =)

So, I present to you: The Level 3 to Quest Cape, Comp Cape, MQC, and Trimmed Comp Cape Guide: The Simple Version!

Before we start, some notes:

I have included additional information, such as what to use lamps on and notes on the task at hand, as well as (predicted) XP in each skill after completion of every goal, on my spreadsheet that contains the old version of the guide.. It is listed under "Simple Guide/STATIC". The older version is still there, listed under "Old Version/DYNAMIC". I did this because the entire guide, with notes and all, would have been too big for a Reddit post.

This guide assumes you are not an Ironman. However, I (most of the time) provide notes for Ironmen when the paths diverge.

Boosts are never assumed. Feel free to use boosts if you wish.

I made some approximations, compromises, and (possibly even) outright errors in this. Neither I nor this guide is perfect.
