A township on the Blue Mountains Range within City of Blue Mountains about 5.5 km E of Katoomba.
Origin
Named after William Charles Wentworth (1790-1872) Politician and Explorer who crossed the Blue Mountains in 1813. Known as Weatherboard after the Weatherboard Inn until the railway station was named Wentworth Falls in 1867.
