A river rising on the southern slopes of Mount Hobwee on the McPherson Range on the New South Wales-Queensland border about 6 km. N by E of Limpinwood. It flows generally E by S then E for about 43 km. into the Tweed River approx. 8 km. NE of Murwillumbah.
