Description
A timber jetty extending easterly into Brisbane Water from the foreshore reserve Couche Park in the suburb of Koolewong.
Origin
Named after the late Bill Fitch who was the driving force behind Sailability. Sailability started in Gosford and is now spread around Australia. Sailabilitys aim is to teach people that if they have a positive attitude then nothing is impossible. A quiet achiever and wheelchair bound he lived at Couche Crescent near the jetty.
