History
This area was previously known as Castlereagh State Forest.
Description
A nature reserve of about 490 ha proclaimed in Gov Gaz No 158 folio 8826 on 22 December 1995. It is spread over two topographical maps: Riverstone and Springwood. Bounded on the northwest by The Northern Road and on the east by Llandilo Road it is situated in Berkley Park.
Origin
