Description
A bay on the south coast lying on the NW of Boat Harbour Point and 5.5 km E by N of Central Tilba.
Origin
Named after the unexplained disappearance of five men including the government geologist Lamont Long on the 10 October 1880. Their empty boat was found in mysterious circumstances abandoned and wrecked on a reef in the bay.
